  Fees and Charges

Bookkeeping
Available to sole traders, trades persons, small business owners with less than 5 employees*.

Our pricing is based upon a fixed minimum service fee of $250:
  • No Set-up or establishment fees**;
  • A minimum service charge of $250 each month, which includes your first 100 transactions+;
  • Excess transactions+ fee of $2.00 per transaction;
  • Fixed minimum service fee is payable monthly in advance, while excess transaction fees are billed at the end of each month;

+ a transaction is each Purchase, Sale, Supplier, Customer, or Bank entry.
  Any follow-up required on a transaction, due to unreadable data or any other reason, will consume an additional transaction.
  Up to 10 line items is included with each transaction, each additional 10 items or part thereof will consume an additional transaction.

** there is a minimum contract period of six months.

Payroll

Setup Fees

Your set up fee will depend upon the number of employees you will be paying through VillageMall Payroll Services. This covers the processing of all the information required to manage your payroll (including employee details, payroll element details) as well as producing electronic funds transfer files etc

To securely maintain your payroll details a small monthly service fee is applicable. This service charge also covers processing any changes to your payroll details including new employees, changes to employee details, changes to bank account details etc.
