Web Superfund is much more than traditional desktop fund management software, as an on-demand service it integrates all of the functions required to operate a DIY Superfund.

What's the catch?
As an on-demand service, features do not drive our costs, hence we are able to offer the Worlds best feature set, at the Worlds lowest price FREE!.

Our FREE service has a limited number of transactions, is limited to Australian Individuals or Couples who have not retired (max of two members, one access account), who have an existing SMSF with an ABN. Our free service has no options, and does not include tax return preparation, document storage, is limited to Accumulation Mode (no pensions), has no price feeds, or SAF-T archive features which are only available in our fee-based service.

Can I upgrade?
Yes, you may upgrade to fee based Web Superfund service at anytime. As all VillageMall services operate from a single data schema, all service changes are fully transparent to your fund operations.

Can I add additional access accounts to my FREE service?
No, our FREE service has no options, and only a single access account. You will need to upgrade to a fee based service to add additional access accounts.

Can I add additional members to my FREE service?
No, our FREE service has no options, and only two member accounts. You will need to upgrade to a fee based service to add additional member accounts.

Can my accountant/auditor access my FREE service?
Only a VillageMall registered accountant/auditor may access a FREE service account. Ask your accountant if they are registered with VillageMall, otherwise we will be happy to refer you to a VillageMall registered accountant to prepare your TAX returns and/or Audits online.
Accountants are charged a yearly access fee to access your Web Superfund-Free account.

Why does the FREE service application ask for billing details?
Your FREE service has a limited number of transactions per month. Any usage outside of this limited service, including excess transactions will require you to upgrade your account. Web Superfund includes integrated transaction reporting, to enable you to track your usage.

The FREE service Agreement, includes an Ads clause?
Our FREE service Agreement, is based on industry standard free service agreements; which includes the ability to deliver advertising content to the FREE service user. While it is not the current intention of VillageMall to provide ads to FREE service users, we reserve the right to do so at any time.

What Service level agreement applies to this FREE service?
There is NO service level guarantee, all services are supplied on a best effort, as available basis.

What happens if I supply incorrect information at registration?
You service will not be processed, and you will not be advised. You will need to apply for a fee based service as only one registration request is allowed per free service.

What happens if I do not login to my account at least once every 30 days?
Your account and all data will be removed from our system, and you will not be able to apply for any Free accounts in the future.

What happens if I violate any of the conditions of my Free account?
Your access account will be disabled, and you will need to pay the upgrade fee to re-enable access.
