new release adds powerful service management features to our

Work Order processing
automates service-related business processes and delivers

support. To address the inevitable changes in business,
VillageMall has expanded the functionality of its Sales Order
processing to target the services type business. There is
increased workflow between the Work Order modules and the other
applications within the Web Office suite of applications, such as
accounting, quotations, sales leads, appointments, case management
to reduce costs, improve service levels, and optimise resource
