Trademarks

Marks for products are trademarks, and marks for service are service marks. The "®" symbol should be used to identify only registered marks, and a "TM" to identify unregistered trademarks respectively.

When VillageMall precedes a specific trademark, then the "®" symbol, "TM" must be used to identify the specific mark. Example: WebLedgerTM.
NOTE: Some marks are registered for certain products and services and at the same time may be unregistered marks for other goods and services. The particular product or service and reference to its common name will aid in identifying the correct symbol to use.
