Pre-qualification Requirements	Node Operator Program
Must have a proven, existing business record, for business growth and customer satisfaction.
Must have an Australian Company Number.
Your primary clients and target customers must be small businesses
Have a proven record either directly or via your Solution Providers across the range of industry segments.
Must have at least 2 years experience in installation, and support of software products.
Have four solution provider or consultant clients or other qualified clients to establish an Operational Node.

Node Operator Agreement
Node Business Plan
On-Going Requirements
Employ one or more Certified Consultants within the company.
Promote VillageMall products, to small business customers.
Promote VillageMall products, in advertising, printed materials, and direct marketing.
Comply with the terms and conditions of the Node Operator program agreement
