Solution Provider Program Requirements

There are a number of requirements for your company to participate in our Solution Provider program. This list summarizes those requirements. For more details concerning these requirements, or to learn more about our Partner program, please call us.

Pre-qualification Requirements
Solution Provider Program
Must operate from a professional office facility
Must have an Australian Company Number
Your primary clients and target customers must be small to mid-sized businesses
Have a proven record in at least one of VillageMall's industry segments.
Must have at least 1 year experience in sales and implementation of software products
Can provide two client references, upon request
Initial Requirements
 
Complete and submit:  
  Solution Provider Application
  Solution Provider Agreement
Product Sales Plan
On-Going Requirements
 
Employ one or more Consultants within the company.
Promote VillageMall products, to small business customers.
Promote VillageMall products, in advertising, printed materials, and direct marketing.
Sell at least $20,000 of provisioned VillageMall services, or pay annual renewal fee of $5000.
Comply with the terms and conditions of the Solution Provider program agreement
