Class size is
limited, so register as soon as possible. It is mandatory that you have
taken the pre-requisites for any class for which you are registering.

Course Descriptions and Prerequisites

Course Title: Web Ledger
Services Training – Level 1
|

Course Objectives: This course covers the set-up,
concepts, and business processes that relate to Web Ledger.
We will discuss various Web Ledger features and walk you through a
complete company set-up and use of Web Ledger services. This
introductory course is the first of two classes teaching concepts
of the VillageMall Business Services.

Course Prerequisites: Familiarity with Accounting
systems and principles.

- Overview of Web Ledger functionality
- Explanation of key features and screens within Web Ledger
- Cover key Web Ledger concepts and how to use Web Ledger as a
standardised tool set to deliver value-added services to
clients

teaching concepts of the VillageMall Business Services.

- Node security policy, and security architecture
- Connecting to the VillageMall Network.

Location
Training is provided at Brisbane or other locations by
arrangement. Training held outside of Brisbane or other nominated locations
have minium attendee requirements, and special cancellation conditions please contact us for details.
Payment Policy
Payment, in full, must be received by VillageMall fourteen
(14) days before course start date.
Cancellation Policy
VillageMall reserves the right to cancel courses if VillageMall
does not reach minimum registrations. VillageMall Education Services
will notify attendee of a cancelled course at least seven (7)days prior to
the scheduled course start date. In the case of VillageMall 's cancellation,
attendee may choose to either have their course fees refunded or credited to
another course. VillageMall is not responsible for airfare or other
travel penalties incurred because of cancelled workshops. It is the
attendee’s responsibility to verify they have registered for the correct
workshop for their needs and level of expertise.
Please contact Education Services immediately if you cannot attend a
scheduled training course. The following penalties will be applicable:
- If cancellation notice is received up to seven (7) days prior to the
start date of the course, one hundred percent (100%) of the course fee
will be refunded.
- If cancellation notice is received less than seven (7) days prior to
the start date of the course, eighty percent (80%) of the course fee
will be refunded (the penalty will still be applied if you transfer to
another course)
- Failure to attend a class without notifying Education Services prior
to the start date of the course will be considered a 'no show' and the
entire course fee will be forfeited.
