The
Web Ledger, and Web Office service may be accessed via any Operating
System or hardware platform which has Microsoft Internet Explorer® version 8.0 or
greater installed. To print reports, you will need the free Adobe reader version
8 or above.All VillageMall testing is done using IE 8.0 on Windows XP, and IE
9 on Windows 7, while other browsers and versions, or operating systems
may work, VillageMall does not provide
any support outside of the above.
Broker Portfolio Services
For these services ONLY, VillageMall supports, in
addition to the above, the latest versions of
Google Chrome, and Safari (Firefox is NOT supported).
Version Support Policy
Unless otherwise stated, VillageMall will support the latest two
versions of IE ( currently IE 8 and 9) and only the latest versions of all other
supported browsers.
