The
Web Ledger, and Web Office service may be accessed via any Operating
System or hardware platform which has Microsoft Internet Explorer® version 8.0 or
greater installed. To print reports, you will need the free Adobe reader. Some
specific features may also require the installation of Adobe Flash on the device
hosting the browser.All VillageMall testing is done the platforms listed
below. while other browsers and versions, or operating systems
may work, VillageMall does not provide
any support outside of the above.
Broker Portfolio Services (BPS)
For these services, VillageMall supports, in
addition to the above, the latest versions of
Google Chrome, Safari, and Firefox.
All iPhones and iPads utilise an Apple Safari browser,
and will normally work, but may has some layout and
feature limitations, including but not limited to
flash support.
Version Support Policy
Unless otherwise stated, VillageMall will support the latest two
versions of IE ( currently IE 8 and 9) and only the latest versions of other
supported browsers.
VillageMall does Not support any pre-release versions or beta's of any product.

Software Testing
Testing of VillageMall services is performed on the
following
- Windows 7 (32 bit only) and IE 9;
- Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 and Android Honeycomb
Browser.
**Windows XP, due to the blocking of
service packs and the decision to prevent installation
of net 4.5 by Microsoft, all support for Windows
XP has ceased from September 2012. Please contact
Microsoft directly for details.
Support
is not provided, for any other combinations.
Some applications may make use of the following third
party applications and versions, no other applications
or versions are supported:
- Adobe Reader, version 10 or greater; and
- Adobe Flash, version 11 or greater.
Free support, is not provided for third party
applications, it is the sole responsibility of the
Subscriber to ensure proper configuration to industry
standards, incorrect product usage, combinations of
products or versions, or using known incompatible
combinations, will incur a
paid Incident Support fee.
