Process Controls
To
assist the management and control of company
resources, Web Ledger provides a inbuilt workflows with control and
approval mechanisms.
Web Ledger service’s architecture
requires authentication before any access is provided,
further role based access controls can be applied to
the information within the company. A set of default
roles is provided but these can be extended to meet a
companies requirements. Additionally certain
processes require management approval such as
timesheets and expense payments, Web Ledger support
these business process controls.
And lastly certain
information must be protected to meet government and
privacy legislation requirements, such as Tax File
Numbers etc, Web Ledger implements special access
controls to support these requirements.
