VillageMall Program Policies

To uphold the quality and reputation of VillageMall, your use the VillageMall Service is subject to these program policies. If you are found to be in violation of our policies at any time, as determined by VillageMall in its sole discretion, we may warn you or suspend or terminate your account.

Please note that we may change our policies at any time, and pursuant to our Terms of Use, it is your responsibility to keep up-to-date with and adhere to the policies posted here.

Prohibited Actions

In addition to (and/or as some examples of) the violations described in Section 3 of the Terms of Use, users may not:

Security

You must promptly notify VillageMall of any breach of security related to the Services, including but not limited to unauthorised use of your password or account. To help ensure the security of your password or account, please sign out from your account at the end of each session.

The VillageMall account and associated  password is issued to you, as an individual, and may not be shared or any details provided to any other party. Typically VillageMall accounts are valid email addresses, generic accounts such as 'info', 'admin' etc do no meet the minimum security policy requirements.

VillageMall is a true multi-user system, the access account forms the basis for our multi-user capabilities. Sharing of access accounts may cause corruption of a transaction, hence our system includes methods to detect sharing of an access accounts. 

Sharing of an access account may result in automatic account suspension, and termination of your access account with cause.

Account Inactivity

VillageMall will disable your account in accordance with Section 9 of the Terms of Use if you fail to login to your account for a period of 30 days.

Reasonable Usage

The following lists reasonable usage levels, where limitations are not included within base service:

Document Uploads 10 Meg/month
Form line items 100  items
Database restore 2 per year, additional charged at 1 support incident
Account password resets 5 per year, additional charged at 1 support incident
   
Partner* data transfer 1 Gigabyte/month
Partner* access accounts max of 20, with a max of 30% of available accounts allocated per fund/company
Partner* concurrent sessions 50
   

* Exceeding limit will require change to either, a Dedicated access link, On-site service, Node licence, payment of additional access account fees or a combination of these to meet above reasonable usage or service requirements as determined by VillageMall.
