Integration Overview
Manage eBay
Activities Directly from within Web Ledger
You can now have direct visibility into and control over your eBay listings and
transactions from within the Web Ledger service. The integration takes advantage
of eBay's web services API, which provides direct programmatic access to the
company's online auction and ecommerce services.
Web Ledger eBay integration (option) enables you to:
- Push
products to eBay.com.au Stores directly from within Web Ledger
Inventory with the appropriate listing categorisations and pricing (Starting, and Buy It Now) to maximise visibility and placement.
- Initiate
Auctions, Buy-it-now, Fixed Price, and eBay Store Inventory Types with
the appropriate eBay listing rules applied.
- Process
orders from eBay buyers once a sale
takes place. Automatically creates a customer record within Web
Ledger (if required, or matches an existing Customer record) along with a sales order,
and associated Payment records. Includes processing of Item Sale price,
any associated shipping fees, and includes any GST processing.
- Support for
Inventory, Non-Inventory, and Service Items, with associated GST Inclusive and
GST exclusive processing rules.
- All sale
records flow automatically into BAS/IAS processing.
- Adjust an
item's available inventory when it has been sold through eBay and update the
customer's purchase history.
- The seamless
integration of Web Ledger and eBay allows you to easily sell on eBay.
- Listed within the
Australian Tax Office, registered products register.
