Our FREE service has a limited number of transactions, and is limited to Australian micro business owners (must have an ABN), who have a limited number of employees and annual turnover. Our free service has no options.

We have designed Web Ledger-FREE service to level the playing field for Australian Micro Business. And yes our FREE service also includes FREE ATO tax tables.

Can I upgrade?
Yes, you may upgrade to any paid VillageMall service at anytime. As all VillageMall services operate from a single data schema, all service changes are fully transparent to your company operations.

Can I add additional access accounts to my FREE service?
No, our FREE service has no options, and only a single access account. You will need to upgrade to a paid service to add additional access accounts.

Can my FREE service do my BAS return?
Yes, our free service is a full featured accounting and payroll system.

Is there a limit to the number of employees I can pay within payroll?
Paying an employee is counted towards your monthly transaction limit, additionally the free service is limited to less than 5 employee accounts.

Can I import transactions from my Internet Banking Statements?
Yes, Web Ledger can import any Australian Internet banking statement which meets the Quicken (qif file format). Additionally you can easily create the associated purchase, sale or bank transfer records directly from this statement. Many of our customers comment, this feature has removed the need for a data entry bookkeeper.

Can my bookkeeper access my FREE service?
Only a VillageMall registered bookkeeper/accountant may access a FREE service account. Ask your accountant if they are registered with VillageMall, otherwise we will be happy to refer you to a VillageMall registered accountant.

Why does the FREE service application ask for billing details?
Your FREE service has a limited number of transactions per month, if you exceed the transaction limit you will automatically be upgraded to a fee based service;
you may chose to pay the fee or discontinue your usage of the Service.

Web Ledger includes integrated transaction reporting, to enable you to track your usage.

Can I downgrade a fee based service to a free service?
No, free services are limited to new services requests.

The FREE service Agreement, includes an Ads clause?
Our FREE service Agreement, is based on industry standard free service agreements; which includes the ability to deliver advertising content to the FREE service user. While it is not the current intention of VillageMall to provide ads to FREE service users, we reserve the right to do so at any time.

What happens if I supply incorrect information at registration?
You service will not be processed, and you will not be advised. You will need to apply for a fee based service as only one registration request is allowed per free service.

What happens if I do not login to my account at least once every 30 days?
Your account will be closed.

What happens if I violate any of the conditions of my Free account?
Your access account will be disabled, and you will need to pay the upgrade fee to re-enable access.
